Weekend News

This Saturday my love and I received the news that our little

baby passed away.

I went into the hospital because I started bleeding and had some cramping, they did an

ultrasound and I knew something wasn't right.

I felt the bad news coming near and near.

All noise around me become so faint.

My heart was beating so fast and when they informed me that 

our little baby's heart stopped beating, my heart stopped beating...

It's like the whole world becomes blurry and suddenly you feel so empty, so so empty

An empty feeling that hurts deep inside

I could not look my love in the eye...I just felt guilty...

I would have been 13 weeks today

Even though this time is hard for both my love and I, being together

has been very helpful

He has made this whole process much more manageable

We are both positive in the future and know one day

we will be thrilled to welcome our baby girl/boy

To all my family and friends, thank you all for the support

Sharing my experience is healing and hope that this post can help

anyone that has gone through this as well.

Today is a relaxed day

I found this skirt I bought a while ago and

was going to tailor it because it fit me big, so now

I don't need to alter it

It still doesn't fit, so I place one of my brooches to hold

on and make the skirt fit better

I know blurry... I didn't notice till I uploaded the pictures....sorry

12 Weeks

Hello :)

I am slowly getting back to posting

I am now 12 weeks along and finally getting my energy back

The back pain, sore breast, fatigue..... all the wonders of being pregnant :)

We will soon have an appointment with our midwife, I'm excited!

This will be our first baby and if I come across any useful information, I will be happy to share 

Wanted to share with you some pictures of a few days/weeks ago

This is one of the most recent pictures, I finally have the energy to curl my hair :)

My love is growing inside...

We Meet Again....

I am back from a long month of craziness

This month was filled with painting sessions and setting up for two 

open art studios events

At the same time, my love and I were moving to our new home 

I have boxes around me and many things are still awaiting 

to be placed, break time... 

We finally have the computer set up and ready to go

1 Year Anniversary

A few days a go I realized that I have forgotten my 1 year 

blog anniversary

1 year in the blog world!

Yay, for surviving :)

Also, my birthday is close by and I think now

is the best time to reflect on my year and see

how I am evolving as a lady, an artist, a human being

The main purpose for my blog is to express my love

for art and incorporate my interest of fashion

Together I believe, is a great combination.

A blog is a great to see my growth 

Let's see what I think of this blog years from now...

Many times I come to wonder if I am doing all the best

I can to achieve my personal goals in life

I am giving all I can to make myself happy?

Do I love myself and other's around me?

I am happy with my life?

I can confidently say "YES"

I am at a very happy moment in my life, 

I enjoy my work, the people around me and what 

I have accomplish to date.
